How long do the HEY SAHNI Babyccino Bundle cups keep our drinks hot or cold?

The vacuum insulation of our cups, keep your drinks hot for up to 8 hours and ice-cold for up to 12 hours.

Are the cups leak-proof?

Instead of a screw-on lid, our cups feature a slide opening and lids that close with vacuum technique. This design makes them lighter and more convenient, but also only spill-proof, not leak-proof. This means that nothing will spill out in case your cup tips over or if you shake it slightly. It is advisable to keep the cup in an upright position while in use. Therefore, please avoid packing them filled up in your bag or backpack, as the lid might come loose.

How to properly secure the lid?

Prior to placing it on a cup filled with a hot beverage, ensure the lid is open. Press down firmly on the lid until it is securely seated. Once properly positioned, slide the lid to close it securely in place. When handling boiling water, exercise caution to prevent steam from dislodging the lid.

Is the HEY SAHNI cup dishwashing proof?

While our stainless steel cups are dishwasher-proof, we recommend handwashing to preserve their beautiful colors.
The hot temperatures in the dishwasher may cause the print to peel off over time.On the other hand, our lids are completely dishwasher safe, and we recommend using this method for a thorough clean.
