Refund Policy

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

You may exercise your right of withdrawal by email or by using our online withdrawal function. It is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Withdraw from Contract Online — No Login Required

You can exercise your right of withdrawal online through our self-service portal, accessible directly from your order confirmation or at:

https://heysahni.de/account/orders

Enter your order number and email address. Submitting the form constitutes your declaration that you wish to withdraw from the contract. After a separate confirmation step, you will receive an automatic acknowledgement of receipt by email, including the date and time of your withdrawal.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery. This does not include additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the goods are defective, damaged, or incorrect.


Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary return window of 30 days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a voluntary return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Please submit your return request through our self-service portal or contact us at hello@heysahni.de before sending the goods back.

For voluntary returns, return shipping costs are borne by the customer. A free return label is provided only in the case of justified complaints, such as defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Items sent back without a prior return request under this voluntary return policy may not be accepted. This voluntary return policy does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal.

Exceptions

The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies to sale items as well. Statutory exceptions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. These may include goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised goods, perishable goods, and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Gift cards are excluded from the voluntary 30-day return policy. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hello@heysahni.de if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return has been processed.

Refunds

For statutory withdrawals, refunds are processed as described in the “Consequences of Withdrawal” section above.

For voluntary returns made after the statutory withdrawal period has expired, we will process the refund after receiving and inspecting the returned goods. Refunds are made to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
